**About The Role**:
**Health Manager - Outpatient Services**

Our Clinical Care Coordinator - Outpatients is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Health Manager to lead and coordinate outpatient services across **Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Plastics, and Ophthalmology**.

In this key role, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating access to care and aligning clinic capacity with community demand.
- Overseeing daily clinic activity to ensure appropriate scheduling and avoid overbooking.
- Managing waitlists effectively, ensuring urgent patients are appropriately prioritised.
- Addressing service issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the outpatient departments.

We are looking for someone with a clinical or multidisciplinary background who can meet the evolving demands of the role. While a background in health is highly desirable, it is not essential.

This position offers a **Monday to Friday roster**, with **flexible work options available** to support work-life balance.
