**Position description**:
We seek an enthusiastic **Health Professional **to join our St Leonards Laboratory. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:

- Providing specialist advice to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
- Working under close supervision by senior staff in conducting complex tasks
- Other laboratory tasks as required.

- Graduated with a Medical Science Degree or recognised AIMS equivalent.
- Highly knowledgeable in multiple diagnostic testing in the areas of specimen reception, blood banks, haematology and coagulation. Knowledge in Biochemistry and microbiology will be highly regarded.
- Open to working rostered full time hours on a fully rotational roster covering day and evening shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work unsupervised
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
