**Where you'll be working**

Royal North Shore Hospital

**What you'll be doing**
Co-lead clinical networks with the Clinical Network Director to provide strategic advice and drive evidence-informed service planning across the healthcare system.
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, oversee network governance structures, and lead initiatives that improve health outcomes.
Prepare business cases, monitor clinical standards, and champion innovation, research, and education to align services with NSLHD and Ministry of Health priorities.
- People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply._
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a clinical or health management field or relevant extensive experience in a management role.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation and engagement with key stakeholders of all levels through a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems using strategic and innovative solutions. High level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in project management ensuring coordination of diverse inputs and achievement of optimal performance within an environment of conflicting priorities and tight timeframes
