Your role

**Responsibilities include**:

- manage projects that deliver the priorities of Equity and Excellence and the Schools of the future STEM strategy.
- develop capability, resource and assessment packages to support implementation of version 9 Australian Curriculum: Mathematics, Science and/or Technologies.
- support emerging STEM projects delivered through the Queensland Virtual Academy and Education Futures Institute.
- monitor data and impact, evaluate for continual improvement, and take responsibility for governance, correspondence and reporting obligations of the department.
- create and foster partnerships across industry, government and education organisations to support schools to prepare students to participate in a rapidly changing world.
- personal drive and integrity to lead projects and work autonomously
- commitment to collaboration and teamwork
- effective time management and strong written and verbal communication skills
- deep knowledge of Australian Curriculum: Science, Technologies or Mathematics, preferably across primary and secondary phases of learning, and knowledge of senior secondary syllabuses and processes.
