**Your new role**

As a Collections Officer, you will be the Company representative liaising with valued customers who are within the arrears' stages and under potential hardship with their Home Loan. You will be;
- Completing account maintenance, analysis and investigation prior to collection
- Following up on complex cases, working towards a solution for the Company and the customer
- Letter drafting and skip tracing where necessary.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this position you will have
- Worked within a collections position previously (required)
- Have worked within collections/hardships for Home Loans (preferred)
- Knowledge of lending products
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Understand how to effectively manage a busy workload while keeping to a schedule.
