**About the role**

The Finance Officer role is to act as lead for Coupa Expense and Coupa Pay functions, and as a backup for invoice processing. This role will monitor expense payment processes, to ensure correct process, coding and data flows are occurring. The role will also support, engage and train employees across the business in Coupa processes. To act as an expert, point of knowledge on all related processes, and to continue to contribute to ongoing process improvement within the Coupa environment. In addition, to support the Corporate Treasury Accountant with transactional banking administration.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Monitoring entire process for Coupa credit cards and out of pocket expenses ensuring all submitted reports are approved, coded correctly and have required supporting data, reconciling to bank statement
- Reviewing incoming out of pocket expense claims and GST coding
- Developing a full understanding of Coupa pay processes, investigating problems and process improvements
- Developing a full understanding of Coupa invoicing approval and payment processes and acting as backup to the invoice processing team, working with AP to solve issues, reviewing tax coding of all capital expenditure invoices
- Assisting internal employees who hold a Coupa credit card with enquiries including training on Coupa processes
- Coordinating all banking forms and paperwork for Coupa users
- Preparing standing treasury related journals and supporting treasury functions
- Setting up international and domestic manual payments

**About You**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- Demonstrated experience of Coupa invoice processing, expenses, virtual card modules
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with people across the business
- Strong problem solving skills
- Highly organised and able to work semi-autonomously as well as within project teams
