**Talent International** is currently recruiting for a **Finance Officer **to work for a** NSW Government **based in **St Leonards**. This position is a contract position for **6 months initally with the view to be extended. **This position is paying an hourly rate range **between $48 - 52 per hour plus superannuation.**

**Role responsibility/description**:

- Provide a range of accounting, budgetary and administrative services for client's branches.
- Undertake a "Gatekeeping" role for Branches within the iProcurement, Oracle R12 and ProMaster environment while ensuring compliance with Accounting and Audit Determinations, Treasurers' Directives and the NSW Health Accounting Manual
- Assist with accounting tasks relating to month end to support the meeting of reporting requirements
- Assist with the maintenance of a comprehensive financial reporting system, ensuring delivery of financial information required to comply with funding conditions and to deliver information on program budget and expenditure required to meet Ministry and Government requirements
- Perform workgroup manager functions for the division and co-ordinate the administrative tasks in relation to purchasing stationery, office supplies and information and communication technology equipment
- Provide assistance and support to the team in maintenance of delegations, cost centres, and other tasks as required and directed.

**Any specific requirements or preferrable skills?**
- Advantage if has used Oracle
- Experience working with R12 Oracle (MOH iProcurement and MOH iExpenses)/ reporting Power point, excel
