**The company**:
Providing a wide range of services to the infrastructure sector our client is a leading family operated Civil contractor who has grown from strength to strength over the last 30 years. As a company that offers a flexible working culture partnered with training and development for their staff, they have created a longstanding loyal workforce. Due to continued growth and a solid pipeline of work they are now seeking an experienced Transport Manager.

**The Role**:
Responsible for the allocation and coordination of transport requirements (trucks and drivers) for all Moits’ construction sites to support the needs of the projects.
- Have a visible focus on delivering for clients and exceeding expectations.
- Set high standards for themselves and their teams and communicates expectations for performance and behaviours clearly and consistently.
- Inspire and enthuse your team by empowering and trusting them to deliver.
- Future focused, balancing short term operational needs with keeping a focus on the long-term strategy
- Evaluate information quickly, anticipates risk and opportunity and is comfortable managing in uncertain and changing situations.
