We are part of the Virgin group of companies worldwide and launched our Australian business in 2008 with one club, five studios and a dedicated team of just 50 people. Today, we have a team of nearly 1,000 people and we're building a collection of iconic locations in Sydney and Melbourne.
With stunning views that include Manly beach and the Sydney skyline, our Northern Beaches club is the go-to for anyone north of the shore. Set over 2 levels and sprawling 3,820 sqm, the club features a spacious gym floor with dedicated cardio, strength and functional training areas and an outdoor training space coming soon, 5 group exercise studios and spaces for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre, Boxing, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, club-V for the kids, and a bustling café for your post-workout treat.
**Your gig**
Reporting to the Operations & Safety Manager, you'll assist the day to day operations of the club and perform pool & life guarding duties
- In a nutshell: _
- You'll ensure the studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment and wiping the mirrors and floor so they're flawless
- You'll clean and prepare the equipment required by each member and help to create an environment where members love spending time
- You'll be super conscious about everyone's safety and take enormous pride in producing the shiniest change rooms ever
- You'll supervise the pool, spa and sauna, ensuring that it's a safe space for our members and team members, performing life guarding duties where necessaryYou'll be empowered to find ways to give our members that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected.

- You're comfortable communicating at all levels and can be counted on to maintain a sparkling environment for all.
- You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have some hospitality sector experience. A+ for you.You may have some lifeguarding experience and comfortable in the pool
