Mobility Access Modifications is a building company based in Coburg North. We specialise in modifying homes for the elderly and mobility impaired and have over 21 years of experience in servicing Melbourne and surrounds.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Accounts and Payroll Officer to handle all our accounts and payroll. Working alongside the Director, this is an opportunity to be part of a small and friendly business with a dedicated management team.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage the end-to-end processing of accounts payable and receivable
- Enter all bills into Xero and Aroflo
- Issue invoices to clients on job completion
- Prepare/check invoices and bills in Xero against authorisations
- Track payments to clients against project contracts
- Monitor debtors
- Daily reconciliation, update Aroflo with payment details and update job status
- Process all invoices, expense claims. credit card payments timely and accurately
- Weekly payroll (checking Deputy)
- Implement accounts process improvements
- Support other ad-hoc accounts duties

**You will have**:

- Qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping or Finance, preferred
- Experience in a similar role
- XERO system advanced knowledge
- Aroflo and Deputy systems training provided
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrated self-starter
- Customer service focused
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Initiative in making process enhancements

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
