**PSP (Public Sector People) is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a team. **You will be working with a small team of Payroll Officers and support them through one of the busiest times of the year.
- ASAP Start - temporary contract **3 months**:

**What you’ll deliver**
- Responsible for the co-ordination of Council Payroll operations.
- Supervision of the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll payments to employees in accordance with the terms and conditions of their appointment, Council Enterprise Agreement and relevant Awards and legislation.
- Coordinate preparation and processing of fortnightly payroll for all staff ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and ensure leave entitlement calculations are accurate
- Responsible for processing fortnight end, month end and year end functions associated with payroll including monthly reconciliations and other statutory requirements

**What you’ll bring**
- Chris21/iChris experience is **highly desirable**:

- Previous experience in Govt/NFP/Education sector in a similar field
- Experience in managing/leading a team
