Join us as a champion of recovery and return to work In this dynamic role, you’ll be the driving force behind EML’s Psychological Injury Recovery and RTW strategy—empowering our operational claims teams and delivering an experience that truly makes a difference.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up two (2) days a week once fully trained.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver EMLs Psychological Injury Recovery & Return to Work strategy, with a focus on effective treatment and services, supporting workers early recovery and with their employers a supported RTW.
- Engage in face-to-face meeting with claim stakeholders to facilitate RTW planning while providing oversight of psychological injury outcome trends to drive performance improvement
- Work directly with internal claims specialist to deliver an exceptional customer experience while providing regular advice to improve the overall quality of decisions and RTW strategies
- Ensure the effective management of key legislation drivers in accordance with the Act
ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Medicine, Psychological Health, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or Social Work
- Practical experience in injury management with knowledge around psychological claims
- Solid understanding of the workers compensation process or legislation background
- Coaching and mentoring experience with a passion to help others succeed and grow
