We are expanding We are delighted to now be extending our services to Australian and New Zealand clients as Study International ANZ Pty Ltd. To support this growth we are creating permanent new positions which will be critical to the success of our ANZ operations.
**Position Purpose**
Our Business Support Manager will play a key role in the smooth establishment and ongoing operations of our ANZ business. Undertaking a wide range of business administration and coordination activities, you will provide high level support to the Director in relation to the implementation of initiatives, in support of the achievement of business objectives. You will often be the primary contact point with internal and external stakeholders, in particular liaising closely with key university clients to finalise terms of agreement for their partnership with SI-ANZ.

Director, Study International ANZ Pty Ltd
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Provide high level advice and support to the Director to ensure executive decision making is based on appropriate, accurate and timely information.
- Provide quality service for facilities management.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative stakeholder relationships to ensure efficient and effective flow of information.
- Primary liaison point with clients on matters relating to contractual agreements, resolving any related issues and ensuring obligations are met.
- Provide support to team members, working collaboratively to prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, presentations and business development feasibility studies.
- Facilitate the development, delivery and maintenance of business plans.
**Key requirements and skills include**:
- Experience in business support/office management roles with demonstrable ability to foster and develop positive internal and external relationships.
- Works with integrity, with personal accountability and strong organization skills.
- Knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand education systems and the international education landscape - with experience working in international student recruitment either for a university or international education service provider preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact, communicate and influence.
- Solutions led problem solver with a positive mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive business information.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
