**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The role of the Administration Officer is responsible for providing high quality reception and administrative support to the Mercy Mental Health Program. This involves completing the patient journey (admitting, discharging, arriving, departing and transferring) on various patient management systems. You will be greeting clients and visitors and responding to enquiries. You will provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of the Mercy Mental Health Program
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Demonstrated administrative and MS Office skills, iPM, CMi, and Mastercare desirable
- Strong customer service focus and excellent conflict resolution skills
- Proven problem solving, ability to work autonomously, time management skills and multi tasking abilities
**ABOUT US**:
Mercy Mental Health (South West Area Mental Health Service) is a public mental health service supporting people in south west metropolitan Melbourne with severe and complex mental illnesses by providing acute and community-based care. Services are available to adults through acute inpatient programs, residential rehabilitation programs and crisis and community recovery-focused treatment programs. We also deliver inpatient and community specialist perinatal mental health services to women and infants in western Victoria.
