**The Organization**

Our client in the Entertainment industry who is seeking a Customer Service Associate on a 6-month contract with strong views of going permanent. The position will offer flexible working from home conditions.

This role is an exciting opportunity as it's the first Customer Service Role in Australia This role would be ideal for someone who is passionate about the entertainment industry and holds strong verbal and written communication skills.

**The Role**

As the Customer Service Associate, your day-to-day duties will include:

- Provide troubleshooting steps to resolve issues currently affecting customers.
- Provide insight as to any issues that are not isolated to single customers and are affecting customers on a macro level.

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Internet environment troubleshooting
- Understanding of standard billing practices and how to interpret billing cycles
- Must be able to type 45 wpm
- Familiar with Trouble Ticket System
- Familiar with Mobile device and streaming device environments
- Experience with phone systems in work setting
