**What You Will Do**:
**As a Customer Care Agent**:

- Providing all customers with an outstanding experience, being responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Work to set customer experience milestones by responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

**As a Retention/Renewals Agent**:

- Building strong relationships by communicating well and really listening to customers.
- Reviewing policies closely to make sure customers have the right coverage and looking for chances to suggest additional products (upselling)
- Helping customers with changes to their policies, renewals, and guiding them through each step.
- Keeping up with industry trends, products, and competitors to give customers the best and most useful information.
- Working with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- Recent graduates with qualifications in business, communications, or a related field.
- ❤️ A keen interest in customer service and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
- ️ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
