You'll be instrumental in providing generalist operational People and Culture support to the Bonds, Sheridan and Bras N Things Retail network in consultation with the P&C Manager. **What will I be doing?** This role works closely with our retail Senior Managers to develop and ensure the provision of consistent and commercial People and Culture solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business. Some of your responsibilities will include: - Providing coaching and guidance to our people leaders, and supporting with performance development, talent management, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management and wellbeing - Driving and supporting culture and engagement initiatives - Maintaining strong business partnerships with your stakeholders **What experience do I have?** You'll be self-motivated, resilient and a thoughtful influencer, who enjoys change and can provide a fresh approach and way of thinking.
