They are looking to engage an In-Market Project Manager in order to oversee energy transition products once in market and subsequent product optimisation. This role reports to the Manager Sustainability and Finance.

**Your new role**
In your new role, you will be working the in-market energy transition product portfolio, which requires active performance monitoring, analysis and reporting of product market-fit and designing and recommending market optimisation initiatives, guided by the principles of the product development and deployment strategy. In addition to this, you will:

- Assist in developing the product change roadmap for the next 6-12-24 months alongside digital and sales
- You will be responsible for project management, working collaboratively with cross-functional delivery teams such as Marketing and Sales to develop and deliver on the integrated roadmap to continuously improve our energy transition products
- You have strong experience in identifying customer needs and success metrics tied to the product strategy to deliver on the team OKR’s and the company vision.
- Develop an expert understanding of the customer needs and champion these in all stages of product development: from ideation and discovery through to launch and support, remaining hands-on with the product, customer, and sales requests,
- Leverage your lean and entrepreneurial mindset to learn, experiment, but at the same time deliver customer value and great user experience.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, desirably, with post graduate qualifications
- Ability to manage a multifaceted role with many different stakeholders
- Proven experience in successfully delivering business initiatives within competitive and commercial environments
- Experience in developing product roadmaps from discovery through to launch, breaking down large problems into small deliverable increments.
- Preferably familiar with Agile and lean validation
