Your new role

As a Product Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of innovative digital products, ensuring alignment with both customer expectations and strategic business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, shape roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of modernising legacy systems. The position is full-time onsite in Canberra and requires a current TSPV clearance.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
  • Strong prioritisation skills and backlog management expertise
  • Solid understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mandatory)
  • TSPV clearance (mandatory)

Highly desirable:

  • Certifications such as CPM, PMC, or PSPO I
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Familiarity with government processes and regulatory environments
