What's in it for you

**What you'll do**:

- Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle, from needs assessment to development, product launch, sustainment, and disposal.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder engagement, fostering strong relationships and ensuring contributions to the Product Line.
- Participate in the selection and hiring of Product Line staff, building a high-performing team.
- Create and assist in authoring User Stories for the Product Line, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Manage and prioritize user stories, defects, and other tasks within the Product Line, ensuring efficient delivery.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Product Line schedule, coordinating activities and resources effectively.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and resolving issues within the team and broader community.
- Plan, manage, and support the timely development of team documentation and artifacts, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain accurate reports and records related to the Product Line's responsibilities, actively monitoring and reporting progress.
- Support the professional development of team members, providing guidance, coaching, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Adhere to the organization's One Team culture, promoting collaboration, open communication, and trust.
- Maintain compliance with relevant frameworks, policies, and standards, ensuring the highest level of integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Must have NV1 Clearance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Australian Federal Government or Defense-specific programs.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps/Scrum methodologies, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in information technology and/or cyber security, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proven ability to elicit requirements from various stakeholder communities and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results within challenging and tight timeframes.
