**Your new company**
This exciting new opportunity is working with a well-known hospitality and entertainment group based in Sydney CBD.

**Your new role**
In your new position you will be reporting to the Head of L&D and will be developing and implementing OD & Learning initiatives. The main focus will be a Leadership Training Program where you will work closely with an external consultant to create and implement. You will work collaboratively with the leaders from managers to executive level in order to successfully implement the program.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have designed and implemented L&OD initiatives across a large organisation. Leadership uplift with proven results is a must for this role. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or Learning is also needed for this position. You will also have strong communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
