**Project Administrator - Kurri Kurri**

**Dates: 3-month contract, potential for extension**

**Rate: $350/day**

**Start: ASAP**

**Location: Kurri Kurri**

**Hours: 8am to 5pm, Mon - Fri**

**Your new company**

HAYS has partnered with an organisation in Newcastle/Hunter region who works in the Infrastructure/Construction industry. We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator with a can-do attitude to join the team

**Your new role**

As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Meeting organisation, including taking and distributing meeting minutes.
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Document management, including filing, and maintaining updated project documentation, maintaining equipment registers.
- Making travel arrangements and bookings for staff
- Assisting with the induction process for staff and contractors, including maintaining database with current training information and compliance documents.
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- General site/office maintenance and upholding WHS requirements and procedures at all times.

**Working environment**
- This role may require you to work on site, or in an office environment.
- You may be required to work at/travel to multiple sites.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and data management skills
- Ability to work on site construction rosters.
- Great technical skills, including experience using Microsoft Suite and Oracle
- Understanding of Project Management principles.
- Strong decision-making skills and understanding of risk mitigation.
