
Book Keeping Assistant @ Scribbles and Giggles Headoffice

Scribbles and Giggles Childcare Centres have an exciting opportunity for a Fulltime bookkeeper/ accounts Assistant to join our head office team.
You will be working with our senior bookkeeping manager to maintain all books and your responsibilities include:
1. MYOB Expense and Income Data Entry (Training will be provided in house)
4. Centre shopping and online orders(Training will be provided in house)
5. CCS submissions(Training will be provided in house)
6. Direct Debit(Training will be provided in house)
7. Accounts payable and receivable(Training will be provided in house)
8. Smart Central duties (childcare centre software training will be provided)
**Requirements**:
**1. Minimum 1 year administrative duties experience**
**2. Knowledge and Experience working with MYOB is an asset**
**3. Must be fluent in English**
**3. Knowledge of smart central is an asset**
**4. knowledge of Wageloch is an asset**
**5. Must be very organized, punctual, hardworking and efficient**
**6. Must be available Monday to Friday**
**7. applicants with prior bookkeeping and accounting experience will be prioritised.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
