Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for early childhood education and a proven ability to manage teams across multiple sites?

We're seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the day-to-day success of our five childcare centres across NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Corporate Manager and CEO, taking responsibility for the smooth operation, compliance, and performance of all services while leading centre managers and teams towards excellence.

The Role

As our Area Manager, you will:

  • Lead and support Centre Managers across 5 services, ensuring operational and educational excellence.
  • Partner directly with the CEO and Corporate Manager on strategy, planning, and service improvement.
  • Drive compliance with the NQS, EYLF, and all regulatory frameworks across services.
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, rostering, and resource allocation to meet KPIs.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and development of high-performing centre teams.
  • Implement systems, policies, and processes to ensure consistency and quality across locations.
  • Act as a key representative for our organisation with families, the community, and regulators.

About You

You are:

An experienced leader in early childhood services as Operations Manager, Area Manager.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

Skilled in multi-site leadership, compliance, and people management.

Strong in communication, mentoring, and building team culture.

Strategic and commercially minded, with a focus on growth and sustainability.

Passionate about safeguarding children and upholding the highest standards of care.
