The Digital Experience Manager drives the effective implementation of ECH’s digital marketing platforms and campaigns. You will coordinate and develop content across social media channels and the ECH website, bringing to life inspiring stories that demonstrate the impact of our services.

As ECH’s Digital Experience Manager you will drive the effective implementation of ECH’s digital marketing platforms and campaigns, and coordinate and develop content across social media channels and website. You will have a strong interest in how people use services and how organisations interact with their customers.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Increase lead generation & conversions using a mix of SEO and SEM channels to increase across the portfolio.
- Manage our Google Ads, facebook and paid 3rd party referral channels
- Utilise data through a well-funded A/B test, learn and evolve approach to campaign planning, strategy and execution
- Pursue acquisition targets through site enhancements and performance marketing funnel optimisation
- Regular competitor analysis and monitoring, whilst keeping an eye on digital marketing trends.

**You will need**
- A current drivers licence
- A Degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (minimum 5 years)
- Strong computer literacy and design skills using Microsoft Office, website (Wordpress), Salesforce/Dynamics. Illustrator, InDesign, (Photoshop is a bonus)
- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster if eligible
**It’d also be helpful if you had**:
- A current Police Check (If you don’t, that’s ok, we can help with this)
- Previous experience marketing in health or age care industry
