**Data Insights and Analytics Manager**
- Permanent full-time (76 fortnightly hours) located at our Parkside Office

**About the Opportunity**

If you thrive on using data to uncover game-changing insights, have a passion for fostering a data-driven culture, and possess the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable strategies, we want to hear from you.

This role plays a crucial part in shaping ECHs future by leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and business intelligence to unearth valuable trends, opportunities, and operational efficiencies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to understand their data needs, develop analytics solutions, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.

**About You**

You will have a strong background in data analytics, statistical modelling, machine learning and demonstrated experience using data analytics tools. Although not essential, it would be highly beneficial to have an understanding of the aged care sector and experience using the Snowflake platform.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
