**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to help deliver a portfolio of projects across the spectrum of KBR’s business activities, generally related to transport, civil infrastructure, buildings and Defence.

You will be responsible for general administrative duties and providing high level project coordination across a variety of areas. This includes supporting engineers and project management staff in the delivery of documentation, reports, plans, timelines, approvals and stakeholder issues. In addition to the coordination a variety of admin functions, you’ll be monitoring staff admin requirements and managing important KBR project processes and systems. Tasks will vary dependent on project scope and stage.

Generally, you will work independently with mínimal guidance, but the key to success of this role will be to contribute to collaborative culture of the project team.

We can offer you flexible and friendly working arrangements including working from home and flex-time. Employees of KBR may benefit from up to 8 additional hours of accrued flexible leave every 4 weeks.

**Who are you?**

You have experience supporting project/administrative requirements in large infrastructure, construction, defence or mining projects. You have proven to work autonomously and efficiently in your past roles supporting project delivery to a high standard.

In a fast-paced environment, you are adaptable to ever changing requirements and objectives. You can handle the pressure of negotiating deadlines and prioritising workload.

You have demonstrated that you can build relationships with a variety of people from different professional backgrounds and disciplines. This gives you the ability to communicate effectively, both in person and via written communication.
