ECH is a seeking a strategic and passionate Leader that will drive the quality and clinical agenda across the organisation. The role will be responsible for the implementation of the quality and clinical governance frameworks and the management of internal auditing programs to support optimal quality and care outcomes.
Reporting to the Head of Home and Community Services, the Quality and Clinical Governance Manager will lead a small team of quality professionals to translate clinical information and educate Leaders and team members on the delivery of quality care to our clients.
The role will also lead continuous improvement initiatives and be responsible for the integration of the strengthened aged care quality standards into clinical and care practices.
**About You**
Ideally, you will be a high-performing Leader who has evidenced experience in a comparable clinical, quality or governance role. You will have an innate understanding of the aged-care quality standards and the current regulatory changes expected to impact the aged-care landscape.
As the Quality and Clinical Governance Manager you will have the ability to influence, empower and educate our workforce to deliver on better clinical and care outcomes for our clients. You have an understanding of how to get ‘MORE’ out of your people and develop a high-performing team and cultivate a fun and engaging work environment.
You will demonstrate the ability to navigate complex problems and demonstrate sound and consistent clinical reasoning.
To be considered eligible for this role, applicants need to hold a current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
