We are excited to partner with one of Australia's most exciting private developers to recruit this newly created Development Manager role in their Victoria team. Our clients ambition continues to grow, as they partner exclusively with Australia’s best architects, designers, project managers and builders. The results speak for themselves. Our clients portfolio already includes more than $500 million in successfully completed residential and commercial projects, with a further $224 million to be completed by the end of the year. The future is just as bright, with new developments valued at over $4.5 billion due for completion in the coming years.

**The Role - Development Manager**
Working closely with the Senior Development Managers, ADM's and GM Development, you will have responsibility for leading developments from end to end and successfully deliver multiple high end apartment and commercial developments. Partnering with market-leading architects and interior designers, these developments are very design focused and targeted to the high-end owner occupier market.
This is a hands-on Development Management role where you will have exposure to and ownership of multiple developments across acquisition feasibility, design, sales & marketing, leasing, construction and settlement. You will have a passion for high-end residential development, strong commercial acumen and will enjoy working collaboratively with an in-house team including sales and construction.
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field
- Proven track record in residential or commercial development on the Eastern seaboard
- Demonstrated leadership skills with high level of emotional intelligence
- Well established commercial acumen and ability to manage developments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
- High attention to detail and passion for high-end residential development
