**Your new company**
This Big Four Bank is renowned for its home and business loan offering. Due to volumes the current team have several opportunities to be a part of their dynamic and supportive working environment. We are looking for multiple Settlement Officers to be based from Parramatta or Kogarah.

**Your new role**

Duties will include:

- As a Settlement Officer you will work in home lending and take charge of the settlement and fulfilment process including the implementation and continuous improvement of all post credit processes
- Ensuring all incoming documents are accurate and correct and liaise with credit team if there are any documents missing
- Liaise with the outsourced settlements agents, legal teams and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process including where settlement packages are not complete or unable to be processed

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A motivation to learn, a passion for banking and excellent attention to detail
- You will be a strong decision maker and problem solver
- Comfortable talking to internal and external stakeholders
- Reliable and hardworking with excellent communication skills

**What you'll get in return**

- An hourly rate of $32.69 + Super working Monday to Friday, 9-5
- High performers are expected to transition to a permanent role before one year's tenure
- A flexible environment with WFH available when training is complete with hours
