**About the Company**:
Our client is a non-bank lender making noise with their flexible offerings and speedy approval time. Due to continued success, they are experiencing growth and are looking for an ambitious Settlements Officer to join the team.

**About the Role**:
As a Settlements Officer, you will provide support throughout the finance process to ensure a smooth process through to settlement.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Verify documentation and instructions issued to the panel lawyers
- Check loan documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Act as a primary point of contact for Brokers, Solicitors and customers and provide exceptional levels of customer service
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely progress

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 12 months' experience in a mortgage settlements role
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Superior communication skills; written and verbal
