**Customer Service Representative - Terri Scheer Insurance**
- _Location:_ 1 King William Street, Adelaide (Hybrid: Option to have 4 days Work From Home, 1 day in office after probation)
- _Start Date:_ Wednesday, 16 July 2025
- _Hours:_ Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday
- _Salary:_ $60,000 + 12% Super + performance incentives

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a key member of our Sales & Service team, you’ll:

- Take inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
- Underwrite, update, and cancel policies as required
- Deliver an exceptional experience across every customer interaction
- Work towards achievable service, sales, and retention targets
- Thrive in a team that values initiative, empathy, and results

Full product and industry training will be provided,
