What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering first-class customer service and expert product advice via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order management from placement to delivery
- Processing purchase orders and quotations with accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting with pricing enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
- Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
About You:
We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help others.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical product information clearly
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Confidence using computer systems – experience with SAP S4 Hana and Salesforce is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing, industrial, or building industry (highly regarded but not essential)

You'll be one of seven Customer Service Representatives, reporting to our Customer Service Manager and working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. You'll be a key part of our mission to deliver outstanding service to customers across Australia and New Zealand.
