**Production Coordinator**

**ABOUT Us**

Located in Marrickville (10 minutes walk from Sydenham Station), we are an Australian wholly owned company with HACCP accreditation offering a full range of food manufacturing, processing, packaging and product recipe development services.

**The Position**

We invite a **reliable**, **motivated**and **enthusiastic** applicant to join our **production coordination/administration area**. On the job training will be provided.

**Working in a close team environment, key responsibilities include**:

- Ensure the production and shipment of orders occur in a timely and accurate manner
- Implementing, organising & communicating production schedules
- Assessing production and resources requirements
- Procuring ingredients
- Liaising with customers
- Providing timely communications to other teams
- Ensuring daily production needs are met
- Product costing
- Arranging and managing freight movements
- A high school or bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Detailed oriented.
- Customer focus with can-do attitude
- MYOB experience is advantageous but not essential
- Prior experience working as a production coordinator in a manufacturing setting (food), preferred but not essential
- Describes your right to work in Australia
- Previous work experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)
