An exciting opportunity for an experienced event coordinator to join a growing team at **Pepi’s boutique Italian catering** on a part time basis.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Client management
- Generating sales
- Work directly with the company senior event coordinator and company director to achieve goals
- Achieve sales targets and KPI’s
- Ability to coordinate catering production from quoting through to on-site execution.
- Build strong relationship with key suppliers
- Sales forecasting
- Basic invoicing and accounts keeping
- Coordinate and attend client meetings and menu tasting sessions
- Coordinate and attend site visits with prospective clients
- Preparing detailed run sheets
- Coordinating all aspects of the event attended from bump in to bump out
- Upon request - Wedding ‘on the day’ coordination at Redleaf site (Wollombi)
- Upon request - Catering supervision onsite at events attended
- Post-event evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement
- Other duties consistent with the position where required and/or requested by the Group Sales Manager and Director

**Requirements & Attributes**:

- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Competence in Xero
- Competence in Microsoft Office Packages including, Excel and Microsoft Word

Established in 2020, with a prep kitchen & tasting room based in Marrickville, we have built strong client relationships with Sydney’s best-known wedding planners and venues. We pride ourselves on providing unique & authentic food experiences in locations across Sydney, the Hunter Region & Southern Highlands.

Our small, independent team are known for our signature live food stations, abundant seasonal banquets & tailor-made menus of contemporary feeling Italian-focused dishes.
