**Hiring: Receptionist & Party Coordinator**

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our **Miniversal Kids Cafe** team If you enjoy working with people and excel at multitasking, this role is perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist guests, address their inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Sell tickets and related products, and handle daily cash transactions.
- Coordinate party operations on the event day to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk and entrance area, including cleaning floors, wiping glass surfaces, and tidying up tables and chairs.
- Perform other daily front desk tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills; fluent in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
- A valid work visa is required.
- Relevant experience is a plus.

**Work Hours & Benefits**:

- Weekly hours: 24-40 hours.
- Hourly rate: $30/hour.
- Sunday pay at 1.5x the hourly rate.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
