**Full Time Production Manager** **Required**

**Pantry and Larder Pty Ltd has been operating in **_**Sydney**_ **since **_**July 2012**_**. Pantry and Larder Pty Ltd operates in Australia for almost eleven years and currently employs 14 employees. Since our inception in 2012 we are servicing the food industry with our unique collection of cookies, slices, gluten free, vegan friendly and raw snacks are of superior quality and taste and are preservative and additive free. Pantry and Larder are leading suppliers of fine gourmet cookies, mini-cakes, slices and healthy treats to Australia's Service Industry.**

We are looking for a Full Time Production Manager for our Pantry and Larder Pty Ltd. Salary $70,000.00 per year

**The Role**
- Determine the production strategies and policies according to the advice from the management.
- Implement the production plan monitor to fulfilled production requirement.
- Control the operation and quality of the product in terms of quantity and cost effectiveness.
- Have a in-depth knowledge on BRC (British Retail Consortium).
- Forecasting the requirements of the production in order to achieve the production target and maintain coordination within the departments.
- Regularly monitor the performance of the automatic machines and maintain the systems & Software if required.
- Advise the management how to do the installation new automatic machines and information system and update the program and software in the automatic machines.

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 2 years of relevant employment experience in a similar role
- Strong production track record in the food manufacturing industry.
- Good manufacturing engineering knowledge with strong understanding of production machinery and equipment.
- Strong understanding in BRC.
- Experience in leading and training a production team.
- Good knowledge of food safety and food hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- IT literate.
