Reporting to the GM Operations, Yo-Chi offers genuine work-from-home flexibility (we don’t have a head office) as part of our Support Team with 30+ people spread across the country.
**About the company**:
Yo-Chi was born from an idea to bring together delicious frozen yogurt and toppings, with an infinite flow of good energy, in a space where people of all ages feel equally welcome. Yo-Chi kick-started Melbourne’s self-serve frozen yogurt scene with the opening of the first venue in Balaclava in September 2012.
As of today, we have 30 venues with plans to double the size of the business over the next 2 years. We’re proud to be a family-owned Australian business, and chi remains at the heart of everything we do.
**About the role**:
The Supply Chain Manager’s primary role is to ensure a consistent supply of high quality products into our Yo-Chi venues, while driving continual improvements in cost of goods. - Working alongside the Operations and Finance teams on the implementation of efficiency projects, including inventory management systems.

- Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Proven experience managing purchasing, inventory, scheduling and compliance

- Advanced computer skills including strong use of analytical and reporting tools
- Experience dealing with domestic and international suppliers
Our people are our greatest assets. We encourage a healthy lifework life balance with flexibility and career progression. As we continue to grow, so do you and your opportunities to progress as well.
