**The Company**

**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Operations Director, the SCM will lead the supply chain teams and responsibilities which include:

- Set the strategic and operational objectives for supply chain and to achieve business goals.
- Lead, mentor and develop the members of the Supply Chain team, establish objectives and KPI's for direct reports in alignment with strategic plans
- Develop and roll-out of SOP’s and KPI’s
- Lead the daily execution of forward and reverse logistics in a multi-channel environment
- Manage departmental budgets and performance reporting
- Oversee demand planning for the organisation, ensuring inventory optimisation
- Oversee procurement function and negotiate all major contracts with third parties
- Overall management and ownership of company inventory position
- Improve service levels, maximise efficiency providing detailed reporting and analysis to make better business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Planning and B.I. Manager in planning and optimising the storage requirements
- Represent Australia on the Global Logistics forum with the Global team
- Continuous focus on improvement within Supply Chain and Company

**Your Background and Experience**
You will be a proven Supply Chain Manager with a strong track record of success. With experience and exposure to managing staff you will have delivered on the above mentioned responsibilities and enjoy the challenges of an evolving and changing environment. You will be industry qualified and possess:

- Proven track record in a comparable role with experience in FMCG, warehouse management, inventory management or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of transportation management, modelling, and optimisation, operating and financial accounting principles.
- A creative thinker wanting to grow, try things and break new ground
- Superior analytical ability with expert use of data modelling and analysis tools
- Knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to develop
- Proven innovator with a passion for continual improvement
- Action oriented, energetic and looking to make an impact
- Great at prioritising and juggling multiple projects
