Are you an experienced Compliance professional in education management looking for the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a National Compliance Manager to join their long established and growing business to support the growth of the business.

Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the management team you will:

- Ensure the business meets all ASQA and state based compliance requirements
- Communicate and educate compliance requirements to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify funding opportunities that commercially benefit our client and its Referral Partners
- Develop, implement and continually improve training and assessment compliance systems to comply with National VET Regulator (NVR) standards
- Ensure standards for RTO Standards (2015) and State Marketing Requirements are met
- Develop plans in consultation with (HNDQ & TPNPM) who are then responsible for implementation.
- Ensure annual validation plan is developed and met
- Advise ASQA and other Regulatory/ funding bodies of any third party agreements as required
- Conduct and oversee internal and external RTO audits
- Maintain RTO scope of registration
- Develop and review RTO policy and procedures
- Provide strategic input to product development

With a minimum of 5 years experience managing the compliance of an RTO against ASQA standards you will have:

- Experience conducing internal audits including implementing process/ procedure improvements based on audit outcomes
- The ability to write policy and procedure documentation
- Provide training to staff and other stakeholder in all aspects of RTO Compliance
- The ability to source and scope additional funding opportunities/Government initiatives
- Experience with validation of training resources and assessment tools
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving in a complex RTO environment to achieve positive outcomes for clients, learners and the RTO
- TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential)
- Diploma of Training and Assessment or tertiary qualification (desirable)
- The capacity to think strategically and to identify new opportunities
