Insurance Litigation Associate for private practice firm specialising in Insurance Law

**Your new company**

Private Practice firm specialising in insurance law and providing high quality advice on general and discreet insurance issues to a wide variety of insurance clients. Experts in assisting with policy drafting and advising on policy interpretation. They also provide specialised advice and assistance in a broad range of commercial law and property matters.

**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Admitted to practice as a Lawyer in NSW
- Current NSW practising certificate
- Minimum 4+ years PQE in litigation, predominantly in insurance law
- Background in defendant litigation insurance work
- Experienced in court attendances and drafting court orders
- Ability to read insurance policies and give indemnity advice under an insurance policy, including drafting advises.
- Capability of stepping up to senior associate level to cover a practice during extended leave

You will be running your own matters with supervision, supported by junior lawyers and experienced paralegals.
