An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented
Dispute Resolution & Litigation Associate
(3+ PQE) to join a highly regarded national firm's
Sydney team
, with a particular focus on
class actions and large-scale corporate disputes
.

This is an exciting time to join – the team has a strong pipeline of work, including high-value commercial litigation and third-party funded disputes, offering exposure to some of the most complex cases in the market.

The Role

You'll work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, gaining hands-on experience across:

  • Class actions and funded litigation matters.
  • Large-scale corporate disputes and complex commercial litigation.
  • Drafting court documents, affidavits, and preparing case strategy.
  • Direct engagement with Australian and international litigation funders.

The role provides

and structured mentorship to help you progress quickly.

About You

We're looking for:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' post-admission litigation experience.
  • Strong technical skills and a solid academic background.
  • Experience (or keen interest) in class actions and funded litigation.
  • Excellent drafting and written advocacy skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative, proactive and ambitious mindset.
