Advisor (Revenue Protection)

**Accountabilities include**:
- Assist in the development and delivery of Revenue Protection projects such as Annual Planning, Working for Queensland (WFQ), People Pulse and Business Improvement projects.
- Develop plans to manage and monitor project outcomes, using effective strategies to manage scope, risks, and issues to deliver tasks to required timeframes.
- Develop project progress reports on behalf of the Revenue Protection Leadership Team and be accountable for steering project outcomes.
- Assist in providing advice in relation to enforcement officer compliance and passenger transport policy and legislation during complaint resolution process or ministerial correspondence.
- Leadership and people management including the management of recruitment, performance, development, team communication, and ensuring a safe and diverse work environment
- Management functions including business planning, financial management, governance and other responsibilities as legislated in the Public Service Act 2008 to ensure delivery of a responsive, effective and efficient services to the community and the Government
- Assist in the completion of performance and KPI reports for Senior Network Officers, Third Party Enforcement Agencies and highlight, gaps, trends, and opportunities for training and operational improvements.
- Assist the Senior Advisor, Revenue Protection by coordinating information required for media statements, briefing notes, financial and operational performance reporting to support business needs.
- Assist the Senior Advisor, Revenue Protection by providing professional and timely advice responding to Customerlink complaints, Human Resource and Payroll enquiries.
- Assist the Revenue Protection Leadership team by collating sensitive and confidential administration information relating to human resource or industrial relations issues.
- Manage the ongoing management and administration duties of the Fare Evasion Management System (FEIMS).
- Assist with integration errors and interoperability issues within the FEIMS, Transport Integrated Customer Access/Transport Registration and Integrated Licencing System and correspondence with Offence Processing and Datalink.
- Manage the preparation of Briefs to Adjudicator documentation required for matters listed in the Queensland Magistrates Court, having due regard to all evidentiary requirements.
- Work closely with a diverse range of people to provide support to the frontline workforce of Senior Network Officers, including roster management, uniform and equipment management, repairs and replacements, and all ICT requests.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivery partners and government agencies, including a network of suppliers to ensure the efficient procurement and delivery of products and services are met.
- Assignment and administration of Revenue Protection Axon Body Worn Camera Devices.
- Manage the maintenance of the Revenue Protection fleet motor vehicles and coordinate building maintenance through TMR facilities.
- Assist the Senior Advisor, Revenue Protection for the management and renewal of contracts for example, Datalink.
- Assist with the development and review of Third-Party Customer Service Officer (CSO) proposals and provide ongoing support to the functions of third-party CSOs.
- Manage invoices and coordinate information required for budget, financial and operational performance reporting to support business needs.
- Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed. This position reports to the Senior Advisor, Revenue Protection.
