**About the role**:
**Pre Requisite**:
The Facilities Manager will manage the day-to-day activities for the Suva, Apia, Nuku'alofa and Honiara sites and other nominated locations as allocated, including comprehensive engineering and facility management services, contractors, equipment and supplies required by the contract.

**Responsibilities will include**:
1) Post Operations Management
- Responsible for service delivery under The Contract KPIs and SLAs for all Assigned sites
- Responsible for technical and facilities operations, ensuring all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met, and all Planned Maintenance activities are completed per the scheduled maintenance program (Note: must work with Post SAO to coordinate maintenance activities to suit Post operations)
- Implement Post access control and security protocols and procedures for all 3rd party contractors delivering the Services
- Monitor the Contract performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times
- Undertaking annual property inspections for all Assigned Sites
- Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practices operations
- Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards
- Provide proactive assistance with any 3rd party contractor works to ensure they will not impact existing infrastructure/building services
- Provide 24/7 emergency response support and site attendance as required.

2) Risk Management
- Ensure the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is implemented and maintained
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained
- Ensure all Assigned Sites hazard materials registers are up to date and reviewed regularly. Also, they are referenced before works commencing that could impact/disturb the hazardous materials. E.g. Asbestos Register
- Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and maintained
- Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
- Adhere to JLLs business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines, procedures
and strategies
- Assist in the development of guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with JLL's business
conduct
3) People Management
- Ensure high staff morale, trust and work ethics are promoted for direct reports, including LES
- Ensure an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation and performance excellence within the team
- Mentor and enable Training & Development of team members
- Implement regular communication forums with remote Assigned Site personnel
- Develop mutually rewarding relationships with other FMs within JLL and specifically with those working on the DFAT Account to leverage best practices that can be applied to the DFAT account.

4) Client/Stakeholder Management
- Proactively engage all Post stakeholders to ensure that all Assigned Sites stakeholder's expectations are met
- Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
- On-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client's premises
- Actively engage in JLL internal forums to ensure they are abreast of all innovation.
