About the role
You will negotiate and collaborate with managers and teams across the organisation to identify, refine and report on key strategic performance metrics, and manage the flow of information between business units to analyse and prepare insightful reports and dashboards that can be used by the Board of Management to monitor QPT's strategic performance and support strategy, policy, planning and governance functions.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Leading the design, establishment and continuous improvement of the organisation's strategic performance reporting function, including identifying appropriate metrics and setting up informative reports, dashboards, visualisations and reporting systems.
- Establishing performance measurement systems, including the collection and analysis of strategic metrics, key performance indicators and data from a wide range of documents, sources and systems.
- Planning and implementing strategic performance reporting improvement initiatives, in collaboration with the Portfolio Management office, Information and Technology team and other Strategy and Governance business areas.
- Establishing and maintaining performance reporting systems, dashboards and documents, for submission to the QPT Statutory board, Board of Management and relevant management committees, including regular progress reports related to complaints and strategic portfolio performance.
- Negotiating and collaborating with relevant leaders and teams across QPT, to deliver cohesive and integrated strategic performance reporting to the Statutory Board, Board of management, Executive Leadership team and Management group.
- Maintaining data governance practices that ensure the quality, integrity, accuracy and content of performance reporting.
- Developing 'Executive ready' level performance reports, briefs, discussion papers, presentations and insights to report on strategic issues, risk, constraints, performance and achievement of benefits.
- Supporting the Board Secretariat to implement a Board information management platform/ system.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve Strategy and Governance processes and deliver efficiencies through the use of business intelligence and data analytics tools i.e., Power Query, Power Automate, PowerBI etc.
- Contributing to a positive and safe work environment by modelling conduct that is culturally capable, inclusive, respectful, and ethical
