**About The Role**

Due to strong year on year growth, M2P are seeking an experienced Manager - Health, Safety, Environment and Compliance to join our team. This role will be based at our office in Teneriffe, Brisbane with travel to our sites and projects as required.

As the Manager - Health, Safety, Environment and Compliance you will take ownership of:

- Leading the continued development and implementation of the organisation’s safety framework, policies and compliance activities.
- Renewal, development and implementation of contemporary and innovative health and safety strategies utilising a best-practice approach to safety culture in order to meet our safety performance objectives and legislative requirements.
- Ensuring the business is supported to do its job safely by leading a team in the provision of on site and in field safety advisory services.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in a related field.
- Extensive health, safety, environment and compliance leadership experience.
- Proven leadership ability with a passion for developing and enabling people.
- Track record in developing and implementing health, safety and compliance strategies to improve organisational safety culture and performance.
- The ability to ensure compliance to OHS legislation and regulation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Exceptional relationship building, collaboration, consultation and business engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- High level organisational skills and the ability to deal with competing priorities.
