Servicing nationwide projects, we have branch facilities located in NSW, WA & QLD; with our head office based in Teneriffe, Brisbane.

**About the Role**

Due to a growing portfolio of projects, M2P Engineering is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the People and Culture Team. Reporting to the Manager - People Operations, this full time role is based at our office in beautiful Teneriffe, Brisbane. You will work collaboratively within the People and Culture team to provide exceptional support, co-ordination and administration across the full suite of human resources services to the business.

**About You**

You will have excellent communication skills, a high level of initiative and a demonstrated working knowledge of legislative industrial instruments.

Providing exceptional customer service with an ability to build strong relationships across the business, you will have a willingness to help others, be able to manage competing deadlines, and be able to proactively identify and respond to the needs of the business.

As a collaborative team player, you will have a track record of success working in a complex and dynamic organisation. You will be a self-starter, who enjoys taking ownership within an fast paced environment. Exposure to working within the engineering and construction sector would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
