**About the role**:
We are currently looking for the next Training Manager based in Queensland. To be successful in this role you will have strong leadership, an understanding of branding and culture and understand the importance of your role is to train and develop to improve and drive business results. Management of the ongoing development and delivery of the TAF retail training program through a blended learning program encompasses in-store and online training, seminars and conferences covering Fit Technician through to Master Fit accreditation's and Supplier Training. Goal is to support and drive all levels of the TAF business forward through education and hands on training. They will consult, influence and engage stakeholders to support the transfer of learning to the workplace.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Ability to Liaise and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrates discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good level of negotiation and influencing skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Hands on and able to handle large volumes of work to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivated and shows a sense of urgency
- The ability to travel interstate.

**To be succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Training Manager, Cluster/Area Manager or similar
- Experience in developing training content
- Experience in the management, coordination and facilitation of training workshops and initiatives
- People Management Experience
- An experienced facilitator
- Proficient in MS Office
