Service Track Transport is seeking a reliable and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our vehicle fleet. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with a proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance
  • Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance records, and fuel usage to ensure cost-effective operations
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with road safety and regulatory standards
  • Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and other team members to ensure smooth transport operations
  • Implement and maintain fleet policies and procedures
  • Support driver onboarding and training
  • Conduct audits and manage risk around fleet use

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fleet or logistics management role
  • Strong understanding of transport regulations and vehicle compliance
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in fleet management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full Australian driver's licence
