**Description**:
Onsite currently has an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Kwinana. This role has a high level of autonomy and provides exceptional opportunity for continued growth in the area.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working closely with the branch team, you will be responsible for retaining key accounts and winning new business in the region.

**In this role you will**:

- Identify and convert new sales opportunities
- Coordinate and liaise with operations and other members of the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage and grow the existing customer base
- Prepare quotations, tenders and fixed-term agreements
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM system

To be successful in this role, you will need
- Experience in territory sales in hire/rental/capital equipment or related industry
- Proven ability to attract and retain new business
- Ability to work autonomously in the field
- Resilience and the ability to overcome obstacles
- Strong customer and safety focus
- Exceptional relationship building skills
